We’re Ron and Samantha Rouette, the husband-and-wife team behind Rykton Restoration Consultants, based in Chicago. Together, we built Rykton to provide restoration contractors with expert backend support without the burden of maintaining a full administrative team.
Our Story
Through years of experience working in the restoration and construction industries, we noticed a recurring challenge: many contractors were losing time and revenue because their estimating, billing, and claims processes were inconsistent or inefficient. Documentation gaps, delays, and confusing insurance requirements created unnecessary stress and financial strain.
